90-Day Total Transformation
How does it work?
12 sessions over 12 weeks - 1 new session per week
Each session will be 60 minutes
On going support either through text or email
You will continue to have access to resources and worksheets after completion of the program
Exercises in every lesson to integrate the information you learn and make it part of your being.
Each week you will get action steps tailored towards your specific goals
Sessions 1-4: Build intuition and awareness within the body and mind. Start to recognize the signals of the body
Sessions 5-6: Learn to recognize self-sabotage and negative thought patterns. Replace destructive habits and thought patterns with nourishing habits and thoughts.
Sessions 7-10: Techniques for managing stress and stepping into your personal power. Create new stories about yourself and who you are.
Sessions 11-12: New baseline. It's time to dream bigger!
